It all started when I was young and innocent (::cough cough:: 16 and never innocent), and I read the books just for fun.

Then I started reading fanfiction. Then I stumbled across Remus/Sirius and became obsessed. Then I ::gasp:: started writing it, even moving beyond Remus/Sirius. Now, there is no hope left for me. Oh well. I can live with that ;)

Seriously though. I found you through fandom. My journal is 98% fandom related... but I sometimes talk about my real life frustrations. I think I stalk... err, watch a lot of artists because there's a small part of me that's getting louder about wanting to take a drawing class or something. My artistic side is slowly shriveling up :( Seeing the works of all the good artists out there satisfies that part of me. And provide great inspiration!

My ultimate dream is to be a writer. My current dream is to be employed.

hah, r/s is a catchy obsession. i've reading the books since i was like... 13? but r/s was what attracted me to the fandom and kept me there. haven't been here too long, though. i started reading fanfic in... november of last year, and drawing fanart only in january. i'm still a n00b, compared to some!

i'd like to take a drawing class too!

Let's see. I got into this fandom after the fifth book, actually. I might be blind or something, but I didn't think much of the R/S fandom till the fifth book, and then I went "WAIT A MINUTE" and re-read the third book and yeah, that's how I fell into it (and will never get out of again).

I'm honestly more of a lurker than anything, in fact the fic that I wrote for rs_small_gifts this year is the first fic I ever wrote for Harry Potter. Am hoping this will inspire me to write more and improve on my writing in general :D I can't draw at all, so I shall just admire your works and other's and fangirl over them.

Been in fandom for a couple of years now, and really spend a disproportionate amount of time writing fic, considering I actually do have pass exams occasionally too, heh.

Well, I've not actually friended you yet, but am going to in a tick, so - hi!

I found you through remusxsirius, but, really, am quite impressed with pretty much most of what you do, regardless of the subject. Your work is really quite beautiful, and often rather interesting (and, when you want it to be, very funny)! Can't believe I didn't comment before now, actually. Shall rectify this oversight by friending you. :P

(Also, I can totally relate to having a tough time with art courses. My first semester of university Art History damn near killed me. I'm probably going to do some more practical courses next year, and can only pray that they won't be as frustrating as year 9/10 art was in highschool. So yeah, I feel your pain, and hope this are going better for you now.) :)

When I was once again enjoying the incredible “Warm Me Up”, it occurred to me that I could look around in your journal, and I was surprised to realise that I hadn’t friended you yet. Your name looked familiar and your small gift gave me the impression that you simply had to be one of the most famous R/S artists. Besides, when I got the exceptionally lovely comment on my gift from you, I felt I had known you for some time.

Now I just have to friend you to make sure I won’t miss any art by you. I like you Remus/Harry and Sirius/Harry pictures, too, even though I don’t like those pairings.

Well, in case we really haven’t known each other... I seldom make other than fic entries, and everything in my journal is related to my fanfic writing or other people’s Remus fic or art. In general I update seldom, so I won’t clutter your flist, if you want to friend me back.

I’ve written fanfic about Remus since autumn 2003, and his story is actually the only fanfic I care to write. Besides a huge WiP, it consists of a slowly growing number of short stories, each of which can be read separately as well. I read mainly low-rated R/S as well as genfic featuring Remus or Sirius, and it’s not easy for me to like anything based on HBP or DH. I haven’t written many short stories set in pre-Azkaban era yet, and the vivid image you’ve given to me about what Remus and Sirius shared before the lost years will probably influence my writing. Thank you! Oh, and thank you for reccing Almost Dark Again here, among other gift fics. The rec was a wonderful surprise.

I'm 26, autistic, writer of Remus/Sirius, Ron/Harry, gen and a smattering of other pairings. My latest work has been a post-DH AU gen twinfic. My current WIPs are a Bill/Kingsley (which was supposed to be a fest fic, but jumped the requirements like a runaway train) and a fic for weasley fest that needs me to actually start writing it again.

I'm kath_ballantyne's partner of over seven years, though you may already know that, and she has done illustrations and manips for several of my stories. She's all things awesome.

I'll read just about any pairing or rating, but I'm not that fussed in general on high kinks and/or Death Eater stuff. I have however been known to read Draco and Severus paired with several different characters. My latest adventure to the dark side was a marvellous Draco/Ginny and fourth_rose's latest updates to Not in The Hands of Boys.

May I ask you how old you are? Your drawings are wonderful, and seeing them makes me quite a bit jealous (I'm a bitch, I know). I'm nearly 19 now, and I don't even manage to draw hands or fingers, much less am I able to draw anatomy stuff >:-I. Moreover I'm unable to draw people together - touching each other or anything. And I can't handle the colouring. AGH. See what I mean? God you make me depressive. Well, your drawings do. Anyway.... yay, here I am and I hope you don't mind my ranting ;).

I love the two versions of Sirius/Remus and how possessive Remus looks in both of them, staring at the audience with his arms around Sirius and being all "You see this? This here? This is mine."
