A series of letters written by Sirius as he attempts to move forward with his life. R, AU. my favorite from these two. painful and moving and with some funny bits and a wonderful ending.

Remus is the new teacher on campus, Sirius feels the need to help him find his way. NC-17, AU. what i love the most about AUs are the "first meeting" scenes, and this didn't disappoint me. and the almost-sex scene in the car was hot. :D

and one entry from team backne *salutes gryffindor_j* this is less recent, but i've grown fonder of this story since i first read it.

and now for a different challenge: i was looking at the art posted on the hd_worldcup and... man, there are only two that actually made an impression on me; this one because both the technical skills and the rendering (if that's the correct word) are excellent, and this one because of the style (at some points i wasn't feeling it, but it won me over in the end ;] ) and because it's funny. the rest... i don't know. with some i liked some parts of it (there were several done in that sort of surrealish comic style, which sometimes was done well, some other times not so much) and wasn't too keen on the others... with others i liked the concept but not the rendering... things like that. there was this really embarrassing thing that happened to me, i was looking at this piece that was supposed to be really emotional and i burst out laughing. I felt so bad about it. ;_; i liked the fic (at least what i've read) much more, the participants did an excellent job.

anyway, i don't know, maybe i have more problems connecting with the pairing, even if i *do* like it, very much (if that's the case, i am worried because i don't know wtf am i doing, drawing h/d myself).
i hope no one gets like, offended if they read this. :[

rs_games submission: 95% done AAAAHHH i hate how it's turning out :/

here are 3 of the photos i took with my cousin's camera. i was going crazy because photoshop didn't recognize the image format, until i found out that i didn't have the camera raw plug-in installed. duhrr. you can tell i'm a total n00b at this.

i've been reading this rpg since last year, and it kept me interested for a long while, but now that their draco and remus vanished from the internets, things are much more boring now and i don't even feel like reading it anymore. and the h/d and r/s storylines were my favorite things there. thumbs down. shit sucks.

that's the rpg that got me into james/regulus, btw.


in the end i had to go over to my cousin's to get the pictures out of the camera. annoying, but didn't have any other choice. had to leave the camera with him too, damn it. but the pics look great, and i'll post them as soon as i edit them.


I WANT TO PLAY DONKEY KONG. the 1st snes one and the n64 one. wtf. i might have to reinstall my emulator. and i really want to play quake I and II but only if i can get them for the n64 or the ps2 since there is no hope for me and pc gaming. I WANT A LOT OF THINGS obviously but even if i had all the games i want i wouldn't have time to play right now. :[
did i mention that i bought metroid prime for the gamecube and the damn disc had a huge SCRATCH in it and it won't play? i can't even return it because i only opened the box months after i bought it and the receipt had been long since lost. :[

so, my cousin let me borrow his camera (canon rebel xt) for a few days, to see how it worked and to do some test shots and such. but-- my computer won't detect the camera when i connect it. no, i mean-- it does, then it tells me that the installation went wrong and then nothing. i've reinstalled the drivers two times already. UGH. i don't know what i did to deserve to have such shit luck with computers and all kinds of electronic devices. a crime against technology in a past life, apparently. DAMN IT.
